Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://www.oaktreegunclub.com website (the "Website") operated by Oak Tree Gun Club LLC, a limited liability company formed in California, United States ("Oak Tree," "we," "us," or "our"), as these Terms contain important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of the Website, including its reservation and booking services, is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to everyone, including visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

1Eligibility

The Website asks every visitor to confirm that they are 18 or older before entering. You must be at least 18 to reserve a class seat, send a booking inquiry, or request services through the Website. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration, in person, for any participant under 18.

2Range Use and the Master Range Agreement

Online booking does not by itself grant access to any range. Before using any Oak Tree facility, every participant must sign the Master Range Agreement (our range waiver and release of liability) and comply with all posted range rules and the instructions of Range Safety Officers and staff. The Master Range Agreement is a separate document available on our waivers page and at check-in. If these Terms and the Master Range Agreement conflict regarding on-site conduct, safety, or liability for injury, the Master Range Agreement controls.

Shooting sports and archery involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, as described more fully in the Master Range Agreement.

3Reservations, Classes, and Lessons

Class reservations. Your seats are held when the Website shows "Reservation saved" with a reference number. We also email a confirmation to the address you entered; if it does not arrive, keep your reference and call us. We may decline or cancel a reservation for any reason, including safety, scheduling conflicts, or instructor availability.

Inquiries and service requests. Private booking inquiries and bow tech service requests are not reservations. Group estimates shown on the Website are planning estimates only. A date, price, or piece of work is confirmed only after our team contacts you, and a bow tech request does not book an appointment or authorize paid work.

Payment. The Website does not take payments itself. After you reserve class seats, pay online through the store link in your confirmation, or at check-in; either way you pay the price shown when you reserved. Memberships and merchandise are sold on our online store (californiagungirls.com and store.oaktreegunclub.com), which runs on the Gearfire platform at a separate web address and is subject to that store's own terms of sale and privacy policy. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

Cancellation and rescheduling. To release your seats or reschedule, call (661) 259-7441 or reply to your confirmation email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Seats not released 48 hours in advance may be counted as a no-show.

No-shows and late arrival. Participants who do not arrive within 5 minutes of the start time may forfeit their spot without refund. Safety briefings cannot be repeated for late arrivals.

Weather and closures. Outdoor ranges and archery stations may close for weather, wildfire conditions, or emergency. If we cancel, we will release your reservation or offer another date.

Equipment. Class fees include use of club equipment unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for damage to club equipment caused by misuse.

4Memberships

Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are described in the membership section of our homepage and in the membership agreement you accept at enrollment. Memberships are purchased on our online store (californiagungirls.com) or in person. Memberships are personal and non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked for violation of range rules, these Terms, or the Master Range Agreement. Recurring membership fees are billed automatically through our web store to your payment method on file until you cancel. If you enrolled online through our web store, you may cancel through your store account or by contacting us at 661-259-7441. For any membership term longer than one month, we will send a renewal reminder to your email address on file before the renewal charge. Any notice period is stated in the membership agreement.

8No Warranty; Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE) SHALL APPLY TO THE WEBSITE, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.

We assume no liability for the availability, errors, or inaccuracies of the information or services provided on the Website. We may experience delays in updating information. 9Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OAK TREE GUN CLUB LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, DISPLAY OF, OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS, DISPLAY, OR USE THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING YOUR RELIANCE ON OPINIONS OR INFORMATION APPEARING ON THE WEBSITE, ANY COMPUTER VIRUSES, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, OR LINKED WEBSITES OPERATED BY THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, CONSUMER PROTECTION STATUTES, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF OAK TREE GUN CLUB LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OAK TREE GUN CLUB LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY OAK TREE GUN CLUB LLC FROM YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

This limitation reflects the allocation of risk between you and us and survives even if any limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose. It does not limit liability for on-site injury, which is addressed in the Master Range Agreement, and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oak Tree Gun Club LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11Governing Law, Severability, and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Master Range Agreement, and any membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Website.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their interpretation or breach, shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced on the Website or by email to members. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
